Asukkaiden ja henkilökunnan terveys on meille ensiarvoisen tärkeää. Suomessa vallitsevan koronavirustilanteen vuoksi olemme tehneet seuraavia päätöksiä koronaviruksen leviämisen hillitsemiseksi.

Palvelukeskuksen aukioloajat
Useat asumiseen liittyvät asiat hoituvat helposti sähköisten palveluidemme kautta www.vts.fi/asukkaalle/ . Tavoitat meidät myös sähköpostilla palvelukeskus@vts.fi ja soittamalla puh. 0201 277 277 (ma-to 9-15, pe 9-13). Asiakaspalvelun käyntipalvelu avataan maanantaina 15.6. osoitteessa Puutarhakatu 8. Käyntipalvelu on auki ma-to 9-15, pe 9-13. Palvelemme asiakkaita vain sellaisissa asioissa, joita ei voi hoitaa sähköisten palveluiden kautta tai puhelimitse. Tiloihin pääsee 5 asiakasta kerrallaan.

Avainten nouto ja palautus
Asunnon avainten palautus onnistuu erilliseen palautuslaatikkoon, ohjeet täällä. Alkavien vuokrasopimusten avainten noudosta tiedotamme muuttajia erikseen.

Talojen yhteiset tilat
Huomioithan hyvän hygienian käyttäessäsi yhteisiä tiloja. Mikäli koet flunssan oireita ethän käytä yhteisiä tiloja. Avoinna ovat kuntosalit (max 10 hlöä kerrallaan) ja kerhohuoneet (max 5-10 hlöä kerralla, kerhohuoneen koosta riippuen). Pesutuvat ovat käytössä, mutta tilassa ei tule olla montaa henkilöä samanaikaisesti. Annathan naapureillesi myös ympärivuorokautisen asumisrauhan ja vältät mm. kovaäänistä musiikin soittoa.

Saunavuorot ja lenkkisaunat ovat käytössä
Henkilökohtaiset saunavuorot ovat käytössä. Lenkkisaunat avataan 15.6., lenkkisaunassa saa olla maksimissaan 5 henkilöä kerralla. Mikäli koet flunssan oireita ethän käytä saunaa tai muita yhteisiä tiloja, ja huolehdithan hyvästä hygieniasta saunavuorollasi.

Saunojen käyttö tapahtuu asukkaiden omalla vastuulla. Saunamaksuja ei peritty 1.4-1.6.2020. Mikäli kuitenkin maksoit saunamaksun vuokrasi yhteydessä, jäi maksu sinulle ennakoksi ja voit vähentää sen vuokrasta tai muista maksuista kuten veden tasauslaskutuksesta. Voit myös pyytää palautusta lähettämällä asiasta sähköpostia palvelukeskus@vts.fi. Saunamaksut otettiin uudestaan käyttöön 1.6. alkaen. Mikäli haluat perua saunavuorosi, olethan yhteydessä huoltoyhtiöön. Oman huoltoyhtiösi yhteystiedot löydät talon ilmoitustaululta.

Yleisten tilojen siivous
Yleisissä tiloissa siivotaan joka arkipäivä. Siivouksessa kiinnitetään erityistä huomiota kosketuspintojen kuten kaiteiden käsijohteiden, hissien ja ulko-ovien kahvojen ym. siivoamiseen. Siivousliikkeillä on tarkat toimintaohjeet, miten toimia tässä poikkeuksellisessa tilanteessa.

Viruksen leviämistä voi estää myös omalla toiminnallaan eli välttämällä ihmisjoukkoja (vain yksi henkilö kerrallaan esimerkiksi hississä), pesemällä kädet huolellisesti, aivastaessa tulee käyttää nenäliinaa, joka hävitetään sekajätteen mukana, ovia avattaessa tai hissin nappuloita painettaessa on hyvä pitää hansikkaat kädessä.

Huoltotyöt ja asuntokäynnit
Henkilökuntamme käyttää hengityssuojaimia liikkuessaan kiinteistöjen alueella, suosittelemme tätä käytäntöä myös yhteistyökumppaneillemme. Asuntokäynnit ja korjaustyöt kiinteistöissä tehdään asianmukaisissa suojavarusteissa (kertakäyttöhansikkaat ja -kenkäsuojat sekä hengityssuojain). Ennen asuntoon menemistä asiasta sovitaan asukkaan kanssa ja varmistetaan asukkaan terveydentila (mahdolliset flunssaoireet).

Pisteet kotiin -remontit
Pisteet kotiin -remontteja voi jälleen tilata. Ethän tilaa Pisteet kotiin -työtä mikäli koet flunssan oireita. Jos olet jo sopinut työn ja sairastut, olethan yhteydessä palveluisännöitsijään palveluisannoitsijat@vts.fi, jotta voit sopia uuden ajankohdan. Koronaviruksen aiheuttamat muutokset talouteen
Mikäli vuokranmaksusi hankaloituu esimerkiksi lomautuksen tai työttömyyden vuoksi olethan meihin heti yhteydessä vuokranmaksun sopimiseksi maksusuunnitelma@vts.fi. Tämä on väliaikainen sähköposti nykyisestä poikkeustilanteesta johtuviin vuokranmaksuvaikeuksiin. Kerrothan viestissä perustelusi miksi tarvitset maksujärjestelyä, ehdotuksesi maksujärjestelystä ja puhelinnumeron, josta tavoitamme sinut. Viesteihin pyrimme vastaamaan mahdollisimman pian.

Instructions for precautions against coronavirus

The health of our residents and staff is of utmost importance to us. We have made the following decisions to slow the spread of coronavirus in light of the situation in Finland.

Service centre opening hours
Many of our services for residents are available online at www.vts.fi/asukkaalle/inenglish/. You can also reach us by email at palvelukeskus@vts.fi and by phone on 0201 277 277 (Mon-Thu 09:00-15:00, Fri 09:00-13:00). Our customer service centre will be open from Monday 15 June, at Puutarhakatu 8. The opening hours of the centre are Mon-Thu 09:00-15:00, Fri 09:00-13:00. Please note that the centre only handles matters that cannot be settled using our online services or by phone. A maximum of five customers are admitted in the centre at the same time.

Shared facilities
Please observe good hygiene when using shared facilities. If you have flu symptoms, please do not use shared facilities. Gyms (max. 10 people at a time) and club rooms (max. 5-10 people at a time, depending on the size of the room) are now open for use. You may use laundry rooms, but do not gather in numbers in them. Give your neighbours peace and quiet round the clock and avoid things like playing loud music.

Sauna reservations and shared sauna slots are back in use
Individual sauna slots are back in use. Shared sauna slots will be back in use from 15 June for a maximum of five people at a time. Always observe good hygiene in the sauna, and please do not use the sauna or other shared facilities if you have flu symptoms.

You use the saunas at your own risk. Sauna fees were not charged between 1 April and 1 June 2020. However, if you paid your sauna fee in your rent, it will be regarded as advance payment and you can deduct the sum from your rent or other payments, such as your water balance invoice. You can also request a refund by sending us an email to palvelukeskus@vts.fi. Sauna fees were added back to rents from 1 June. If you wish to cancel your sauna reservation, please contact the facility management company. You can find the contact details of your facility management company on the notice board of your building.

Cleaning in shared facilities
Shared spaces are cleaned every business day. Particular attention is paid to cleaning contact surfaces, such as bannister handrails, lifts, street door handles, etc. The cleaning companies have been given precise instructions on how to act in this abnormal situation.

You can also prevent the spread of the virus through your own actions. Avoid groups of people (one person at a time in the lift). Wash your hands carefully. When you sneeze, use a disposable tissue and throw it away in the general waste. When you open doors and press buttons in the lift, gloves are a good idea.

Service work and visits to flats
Our staff members wear masks when visiting the buildings and the areas around them, and we recommend that our partners also follow this practice. Visits to flats and any repairs in the buildings will be made wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (disposable gloves and shoe guards, mask). Before visiting the flat, we will agree the visit with the resident and check their health status (i.e. for possible flu symptoms).

Renovations paid using Pisteet kotiin tenant points
You can book renovation work that is paid for using the Pisteet kotiin tenant points again. If you have flu symptoms, please do not book any work. If you have already booked work in and then fall ill, please contact the facility manager by sending an email to palveluisannoitsijat@vts.fi to agree on a new date for the work. You can check your tenant bonus point balance on our website at www.vts.fi/asukkaalle/inenglish/pisteetkotiintenantbonussystem/.

Changes caused by coronavirus to finances
If you have difficulties paying rent because of a lay-off or unemployment, please contact us immediately to agree rent payment at maksusuunnitelma@vts.fi . This is a temporary email address for communications related to difficulties paying your rent caused by the abnormal pandemic situation. In your message, please explain your reasons for requesting a payment arrangement, your suggestion for the arrangement and a telephone number for reaching you. We respond to each email as soon as possible.

Waste separation and packing during the coronavirus epidemic

. Until further notice, dispose of handkerchiefs and napkins as mixed waste, not as biowaste.
. If you have the coronavirus disease, collect your waste in a separate bin lined with a plastic bag. When the bag is full, seal it carefully and take it to the mixed waste container. People who have the coronavirus disease should empty their rubbish bins daily.
. Seal rubbish bags properly by tying them or using sticky tape before you take them to the mixed waste bin.
. Everybody spends a lot of time at home at the moment, which means that we also produce more waste than usual. Therefore, it is particularly important to separate your waste and pack it tightly.
. If the containers are full, please do not leave any waste outside of the containers. This attracts birds and other animals that spread the waste.
. At the moment, waste containers are emptied normally. If there are any disruptions to service, pack your waste tightly and store it in a room where it does not cause any hazards to health and where animals cannot spread it.
